The Women’s Business Ownership Act was passed to improve access to capital.
But decades later, women are still approved for business loans at lower rates than men.
The system was meant to evolve. It hasn’t.

Only 1 in 20 women-owned businesses ever break $1M. That’s not a reflection of talent, or because we aren’t capable. It’s a reflection of access.

Women earned just 82 cents for every dollar men made. That gap isn’t just unfair - it’s costly. Equal work still doesn’t mean equal pay. That’s why we focus on revenue, ownership, and pay equity.
Only 15%
of women-owned businesses earn over $100,000 annually. Our mission is to break this statistic and reshape the economic fabric of our society.

Today, women still need to save twice as much for retirement and pay a “pink tax” for goods and services. These financial burdens drain women’s resources and also reinforce systemic barriers.
More than 40%
of women are primary breadwinners in their households. But most still lack access to the tools that protect what they’re building. We equip them with financial tools and leadership skills to match that responsibility.

Your business must be formed under U.S. law, and at least 51% women-owned to align with our mission of empowering women-led entrepreneurship.

Over decades of working with women entrepreneurs, one truth became painfully clear: Success on the outside often hides financial strain on the inside.
Women at every income level - even those leading thriving businesses - were quietly struggling to manage their money, build sustainable systems, and pay themselves consistently.
